Quality coffee + sustainability
My favorite coffee shop in Seattle,
Victrola Coffee, is my favorite for multiple reasons. First, they are
absolute artists with espresso. They really are amazing. Next, they are very into their community. But one of the very best things about them is that they sell only Fair Trade, shade grown coffee - in other words, they believe in sustainability. They are now selling a special roast of coffee, that comes with a story -
this is a good example of why they do what they do.
